I wanna say it's pretty slim w/ the 5.3 2.5's w/ 63cc but I may be wrong!

You will have to flycut with a 59cc combustion chamber. You can use those heads with a 64cc combustion chamber and a stock thickness head gasket but you need to tell TSP that you wish to use the MS3 with those heads so they can recess the valves to get the proper clearance.
