if you have a cam, at a cold start, depending on the cam it will sound like its going to die. but it doesnt.

not completely true, depends on cam size, LSA, and tune. you can make a mild cammed car sound somewhat stock if you have a good tune.

if its any fun at all compared to your lt1 then you can bet theres some nice goodies there

all ls1's have hyrdaulic roller lifters and i doubt he took the heads off so how would he know about the 3 angle valve job?

sorry its a late response but its about 1550 to 1700 rpms i cant tell the damn stock rmp gauge is slow an not reliable. its the best i can do. but for reference when i had the stock 3.42s it was around 1800 at 80 mph maybe a bit different but it sure has changed a bit between 3.42s and 4.10s not to mention the accel lol

wrong. ported stock heads, a small cam, and LT's can definately make less... and especially if the tune if crap!
