haha yea i guess you could look at it like that. while its not that hard, most people havent tried, or have problems timing it. i personally know i can do it (done before) but wouldnt do it unless my clutch went out.

You want to shift without the Clutch, get a Muncie 22 Rockcrusher..

Guys he's just asking if it's bad to pull the car out of gear like when rolling to a stop. Not about rev matching/ clutchless shifting.

Mentioned at start it was ok. Our responses were to the guys that said its ok to do clutchless everything. That's why face plated and proshifted setups exist.

I start pulling out of gear just before my WOT shifts, kind of like a pre-load to get it out as soon as the clutch has been slammed on hard enough. As long as there is no load on it, pulling out of gear isn't all hard and doesn't do much if anything to the transmission.

Yes you can pull it out of gear at any rpm, it won't hurt anything. Just do not do the clutchless shifting as some people have stated is OK. The T-56 is a synchro transmission and you are guaranteed to mess something up. Its not like an old muncie 4 spd with straight cut gears.

agreed, while i said it was possible, i never said it was ok. and it clearly isnt there's a reason why we have a clutch, use it. but the knowledge that you can shift w/o a clutch can come in handy if you have to limp the car home w/o a clutch.

I have a new slave and master, so I use the clutch to go in neutral.

Yes I agree with that, I would only NOT use the clutch if its absolutely necessary IE limping car home without a clutch
