00 trans am and a driving light bulb is out...how the hell do u get to it???

Its not a bulb you replace its the entire thing.

I think you mean headlight. The daytime driving lights can be accessed from under the car. There is a little flap that opens up, or you can stick your hand in the opening under the DRL.
