Default Lean Code Help

my car has LT's 3 inch ORY catless, 02 sims, and new plugs and wires. i've had the headers on for a few months and the car ran fine, then it came time for inspection-i had to reinstall my AIR to get the code not to throw (i have the emission style headers). the car passed, but it did show a problem with an 02 sensor. a few days later, the car throws a lean code for bank 1 AND bank 2, and is not running right-the car is shaky at idle, and is surging at light throttle-it seems to run better the more i get into the throttle. it also has backfired a few times on start up. it seems to ping a lot more when the motor is lugging. i checked for any visible vacume leaks and cant find anything. i thought it might be the 02 sensors, but it seems weird that they would both go at the same time ( bank 1 and 2). im going to get the car tuned as soon as i can, but can some one give me some ideas as to what might be going on? i dont know if this is something that can be fixed with a tune. thanks!

02's its normal for them to go at the same time. And if they dont its good to replace them both at the same time.

car is now throwing P1133, P0300 (random/multiple misfire), P0171(lean bank 1) and P0174(lean bank 2). i popped the hood and revved the motor a little and it sounds like there is a ticking in the driver side head.... which can never be good.

You can usually go somewhere like O'Reilly's and use an OBDII scanner to read live EFI data.

Check the voltage on O2 B1 and B2 S1

funny...i thought a dirty airfilter would make the car run rich because of the lack of air...hmm..interesting, learn some thing new everyday! thanks!
