emission test failed

2001 WS6 6-speed,cammed,headers new cat's new front O2's the car failed on idle basicaly its running rich most likely due to the cam or there might be a tune from the previous owner i need to lean it out a bit
can you guys think of anything

Where do you live? If you have an aggressive cam/headers you are most likely to fail no matter what.

i live in ontario canada and my cam is pretty mild don't know the specs on it since i've bought it like that but its not a monster

Sounds to me like it needs tuned. A tuner can take care of any SES, codes, and "not ready" too.

i got no codes had the car scanned, i can probably get it tuned lean get a emission test and get it retuned but its gonna cost alot trying to get it to pass with less $$$

Dunno about where you live, but in Maryland they will give you a waiver if your car is lowered b/c they won't risk driving it into the station over the rollers.

Also a good tuner should be able to take car of the SES codes and get your idle right.
