You can't go wrong with eaither muffler. They both make quality products for a good price. I have Hooker so thats where my vote goes

buddy has magnaflow on his stock TA and its so quiet tht u cant evn hear it idle it seems...longtubes and ory wake it up alittle

None of the above. 12" dynomax bullet welded in the I-pipe will outflow both mufflers, sound better and cost about the same

But if I had to choose between the two I would go with a hooker (just don't tell my wife ). My buddy has a Magnaflow and it's too quiet IMO.
