I love the sound of my hooker. My friend has the magnaflow on his z and it sound great too. they both flow about the same so its a mater of how much money you want to spend. +1 for the hooker.

I wouldn't trade the sound of my Hooker for anything.

Hooker does sound good, but I gotta cast my vote for Magnaflow. I have it on my car, and honestly, I think it's the BEST for just a muffler on one of our cars.

i vote magnaflow. its the best flowing budget friendly exhaust out there. the aerochamber for our cars is one of the worst flowing mufflers but it is just above crapmaster. But if your only going for sound you can't go wrong with either. Both are great sounding.

Not True. The Hooker and Magnaflow will be within 5-10 hp of each other in most cases so either one will be fine. Both are far above the flowmaster and both sound great. I have had both and IMO go Hooker.

Only part of this statement thats true is that they both sound good. The rest is complete BS.

The Hooker is one of the highest flowing & far above a flowmaster. Hooker muffler alone is alos cheaper than Magnaflow, so best bang for the buck with great sound is the Hooker hands down.

I love mine & have had it since the car was stock. Just bought the muffler & put it in place of the stocker, now with LT's & H/C it sounds amazing.

One of my friends had them on his FSC, it sounded great. They are now on my SHO. He has a Magnaflow muffler right now with a 355/Mild Cam. It's way better than the Hooker. When I do get a c/b for the Formula it's going to have to be Magnaflow.

Magnaflow should flow better then the hooker even if it is just a little bit better and it is stainless so that has many advantages to it. I might be selling my magnaflow and tips send me a private message if you are interested.

I've heard both and personally like the refined sound of the magnaflow.....Hooker sounds more aggressive but is a great choice. They both flow identical....you really can't go wrong with either.

Is it just me or is Hooker said way too many times on here. . . .

I sure love those Hookers. . . . .

I love the way Hookers sound, man they sound great. . . .

Really, it will not make a huge difference either way. I would go with a Magnaflow, just because.

No real reason.

Yeah, they're both gonna sound great. I love the way my Hooker sounds, and I have heard a few Magnaflows and it's not right for me.

Both have a nice sound, but the magnaflow tends to be more quiet than a hooker. I have own both. The magnaflow looks better, but the hooker sounds a bit louder. Cant go wrong with either

Another vote for the Hookers. I have them on my truck and on my car. I did a full exhaust with the LT's when I put the hooker on the camaro though, so Im not sure about how it would sound on a totally stock exhaust
