Default Difference in these two ram air hoods?

I know the first hood needs the holes cut out to make it functional but does the trufiber weight less than the fiberglass one? if so whats the differnce. Looks like the trufiber is a better product. In time i want to buy a ram air hood but im doing homework now.

i would say the second one is the better deal... and it sounds like it will work with the stock non ws6 air box
