1 Drain plug on drivers side of motor
Use Mobil 1 5w-30 full synthetic
I use K&N's Oil filter because you can get it off with a standard crecent wrench

I highly reccomend this! I was trying to save a bit of money while doing my h/c swap so I bought the special they had with 5 quarts of mobil1 and the mobil1 filter for $25, that filter sucks to get off if it doesnt have that nut.

For the people saying buy KN because of the nut on it-

The oil filter does NOT need to be tightened that tight! Get it snug and give it a little bit more. No need to crank on the thing to tighten it!

If you can't get the filter off buy hand you are tightening it too tight, unless you are a 80lb punk.

And also, KN are good filters but there is no need in spending 10+ on a filter. Don't tighten it so tight, and if you do, buy a $3 band wrench.

I have been a loyal mobil 1 buyer, I've tried platinum, and after having 2 local engine builders reccomend castrol syntec full synthetic I'm going to try that.

Def +1 on the German Castrol 0-30. Autozone is the only place I have found it.
