oil drain bolt
im going to change my oil for the first time after buying it couple weeks ago, my mustang had 2 drain bolts, wondering if ls1's have 1 or 2 drains and location... also for my mustang i used a motorcraft oil filter, fram is on right now. which is a ford thing, whats the best for chevy

For the people saying buy KN because of the nut on it-
The oil filter does NOT need to be tightened that tight! Get it snug and give it a little bit more. No need to crank on the thing to tighten it!
If you can't get the filter off buy hand you are tightening it too tight, unless you are a 80lb punk.
And also, KN are good filters but there is no need in spending 10+ on a filter. Don't tighten it so tight, and if you do, buy a $3 band wrench.
I have been a loyal mobil 1 buyer, I've tried platinum, and after having 2 local engine builders reccomend castrol syntec full synthetic I'm going to try that.
