Question anyone know where to get this?

Valvoline NSL Racing Oil 10W30 (Conventional Motor Oil, excellent for break-in!)

Check valvolines website. maybe they list dealers or you can get it direct.

I didn't see where you can buy it on their website and I looked on the internet and couldn't find a place to buy it from.

its mainly for breaking in a motor.

What is different about it?

I just use 10-30 Valvoline(the regular one).

higher levels of zinc. better for forged pistons to help prevent scuffing. here is a link to my post where someone posted a piece of info from SDPC about it and breaking in a new motor.
