Im looking at getting a 99 Z28 with 62,000 miles on it for $13,000. Think that is a good offer?

i wouldnt pay a penny over $9500 there are better deals out there, unless you absolutely have to have that color. also there is a section for this question... this isnt it.

I have a 99 HO SS with white leather interior for sale with less than 15,000 miles and NEVER driven in rain, snow, or wet pavement. ALWAYS GARAGED!!! All options except for traction control. BONE STOCK except for new battery.
I am asking 22,500. See my ad in vehicle classifieds section.
CAR IS MINT!

I think the 13,000 price is about right for the mileage, (62,000) and color, (Hugger Orange) that they are selling it for. It all depends on the interior and engine as well though.
