Couldn't install the intake bc I had to clean the 30+ pieces of piston and the quart of motor oil out of it.

Cold I'd say a 26-28" overall diameter tire tire should do you good, but since you'll be spraying I'd consider closer to the 27-28 for the track.

If you go with Welds you will want to order 15x10's with 7.5 BS. That is as wide as you can go without the wheels sticking out

An 11.5 slick is pretty close. Not sure how much wider you can go but I'm thinking anything around a 12.5 or wider your gonna need to tub it. Don't forget about tire growth either. Most DOT and slicks are gonna grow (swell) the faster you go so you have to be careful of that also or youll cut a tire which could turn bad. I know for a fact you can run 28x11.5x15 without tubbing and it'll hold what your throwing at it with ease. The only thing is your gonna need adjustable lca's to run them on a camaro if you don't want it rubbing the rear bumper. The wheel wells are slightly larger on the T/A's. If your lowered then you can plan on rolling the fenders also.
