well i got my engine torn apart and i bought a built turbo 350 now the only drivetrain thing i need is a rear-end...has anyone had their block hot-tanked at a machine shop before?

So I put the gears in and went for a test drive and can tell a hell of a difference but it's howling like a wolf at full moon lol, so sadly I gotta tear it all back apart tomorrow ans see what's the deal.

It's strange because it only does it when i'm coasting, when I give it gas you can hear nothing. I think it has something to do with the shims man.

Yea i'm positive as an STD on a friday night prostitute lol. But once I get the rear-end situated i'm trying to debate on whether I should tackle the cam swap myself or go ahead and let Nick do it ???

Brett, I think you can probably handle it. Cam swaps are a cake walk. Your car looks really nice and clean, btw.

Ive done a lot of cam installs and head installs. Ive always barrowed the install tools or used them at shop. Im going to be buying them soon. Crane Valvespring tool, rods to hold lifters up and tool to hold vavles up.
