You won't start breaking **** until you start running in the mid 1.5 60fts. then it's a roll of the dice. I have made a 10 bolt go 1.45 60ft. 4 times in a row but the rear end was about to bust before i made it home but i drove it home and around town for another 2 weeks before rebuilding it.

well i go to put on the pulley today and notice that the entire bottom of the car past the tranny is covered in oil. i knew it had developed an oil leak after the cam swap but i didn't know it was this bad. so i pulled the water pump and timing cover and some other stuff so i can loosen the motor mounts tomorrow and drop the k member down to replace the oil pan gasket.

You did make sure you tightened those bottom oil pan bolts on the front that go into the front cover? Mine did the same thing and I checked those front bolts and they were a little loose and I mean just a little loose. I tightened'em up and the problem was solved. Just trying to save you a **** load of work on pulling the oil pan. Those gaskets almost never go bad

well they aren't loose yet so i can still go check them. it seems like the oil is coming from the front and down the passenger side. drivers side is dry. it could be blowback from that side of the front though.
