^^^so cody how is the rear holding up?? the swap seem to be a huge success. all in all we had about 4-5 people working on it. correction, we had about 1-2 working, 1-2 supervising and one that retreated in to watch the football game. i think Cody learned a lot about rear suspension disassembly, i learned a lot about e-brake cables, and chris cussed while trying to figure out which socket he thought he needed. josh watched us act like bumbling idiots. hey we got it done though....cheers *******..

Rear is holding up great! Still quiet as a mouse. I got my front wheels balanced today. Got it up to 60 on the highway and no shimmy, I'll get on the interstate tomorrow and go look at head units at Circuit City (20% off going outta business sale) and see if it vibrates at 70+...either way I'm still getting up early Wednesday morning to get the alignment done before work. Big thanks to Steve, Chris, Josh, and Futch for making that swap happen. Was a learning experience and a great time!

I've got a friend looking for a place that does really good decals - money's no option. I only know of AdSign in Minden. Any other suggestions?

I think LASigns or Shreveport Signs something like that will make you some decals. What exactly are you looking for?

I really have no idea it's for a friend's boyfriend's Harley. She just said "custom decal." Probably something really simple that any idiot shop could do - they just have no clue where to go and don't trust the internet.

Dammit....pics no worky on the city's network...will have to wait till I get home to check 'em out. I'm sure they look great though, Chris.

Hey anybody know who drives the red SS with what looked like the Borla quad tip exhaust? Suppose he lives in Southwest S'port like me... I was side by side with him on Walker Rd. early this morning on my way to work.

If it's the same one I saw, it was a black guy in the military. Never seen him or the car before. He was lookin pretty hard at mine also, but with the thumpity thump coming from the exhaust who could blame him Not real sure it's a real SS cause it had the 16" five stars on it.

Oh, and welcome to DavidHouston and JohnnyLT1Runner. Y'all should come on out to one of our get-togethers sometime, meet the crew. These guys will bend over backwards (literally) to help with installs, etc. We're all cool here.

I'm 28. Most of us are in our 20s, but none of us are like.. "OLD".. hehehehe....except Hilton...he's like 62 and has 8 kids. J/K LOL

As for your oil pan, dude u might have to either hit up Ebay or the classifieds section on Tech. I know you're in a bind, but a 4 day shipping wait may be your only option...

Sixty two my ***! I'm eighteen! Well, I feel like I'm eighteen.

Josh has a small crack in his oil pan too. Maybe you can find someone who can repair both at the same time.

Any decent welding or machine shop should be able to weld up that pan, people cut and modify cast pans all the time.

$160 from the dealer the last time I checked. Not bad from the dealer on a NEW pan. Ebay or here is the way to go most of the time, but I have seen them go higher than the dealer on both sites.

A hangout sounds cool but I'm gonna have to wait a couple of weeks, I dropped my Z/28 off at the paint shop today to match the rims with the body.
