I asked the same question to VP and below is their reply. Thanks for all your help guys!
Hello, Keith Berry
You submitted:
I am going to a single stage 250 shot of nitrous. I have a dedicated fuel tank for the nitrous. What would be the best fuel to run in my main tank and what would be the best fuel to run in my nitrous dedicated tank?
VP Racing Fuels Reply:
If you are happy with the MS-109, keep using it. You are right on the border between it and moving up to the VP-113. Both fuels have the same oxygen content for extra power, but the VP-113 has a 108 motor octane to allow for more timing and compression. I would use the C-16 in your dedicated nitrous tank.

tuned the car last night.
110 in the dedicated. 93 in the tank.nitro daves wet kit
150 pill in the n20 side and .035 jet in the fuel side.
with the .038 jet we were at 10.0 a/f so we swapped to the .035 and went to 11.20.
went from 440 on motor (no torque cause the tach wasnt reading right. acutally it showed like 1800 rwtq.LOL!)
550/550 on the squeeze.
only had to take 1 degree of timing out so the na tune isnt giving anything up at all.
car feels great!
