Default Spraying a car with 4000 miles on it?

A friend of mine recently just bought a stock 2000 WS6 A4 with 4000 miles on it, and was wanting to put a 100 wet shot on it right off the bat. I spray my car, but is this car even broken in yet and is it safe?

It's ready to go. Just follow the safety advice and they will be find. By safety I mean tune, FPSS, window switch etc.

that will depend on the style of kit....

Most dry kits before the MAF...some use a piggy back controller to tell the PCM to add fuel.
Wet Kits after the MAF

Yup, if its a wet nozzle kit just stick it between the maf and throttle body.
