Default How often should you change your plugs?

I've got a set of tr6's in my car already, not going through a ton of nitrous...but a little. Just wondering how often I should change my plugs. I think I've got about ten thousand miles on them as it is.

I used to change mine every 6 months or so....I now change them a couple times a (track) day.

I pulled one and the burn pattern was awesome.Just a slight hint of brown. No break up or anything on the kit or the motor

Its so hard to give an estimated time on something like this. There are so many determining factors that play a role in the life expectancy of a nitrous plug. The best thing that you can get in a habit of doing is checking the plugs at least at every oil change. Just to see what's actually going on in there.

I pull out plug number 7 every other weekend to see how it's doing if I have been shooting the heroin a lot.

Wow, that is one hell of a good habit you got going on. Keep it up and you should never have worries.

Thanks, that's exactly what I did. Like I said they look REALLY good, and no stuttering on the kit or off, so I think i'm going to let it eat for now. Although, I did by a set to have on standby

Yeah I had about 4,000miles on my TR6's N/A. Then I got it tuned on a 130shot this past Saturday and went to the track Sunday and ran about 10lbs through it. Car drove fine on the way home. Got up the next day and it has a little miss below 1500rpm. This use to happen to me with my cam only setup too.

If you notice a difference, it's too late.
