Default 100 shot without pulling timing on camed ls1?

Like the title says, Im trying to find out what the timing is set at from the tuner but didnt hear back.

Can I do it safely without pulling the timing? 100 wet shot.. I thought Maybe I could put some colder plugs in.

Im going to do a bigger shot with a tune but id like to have the system up and running with a 100 shot before steping up to the larger shot

safe answer is I wouldnt on pump gas, cams like timing and most likely your tuner threw a good amount at it. I'd hold off personally

If you spray 100 dry shot directly in the MAF, it will pull the timing out for you. I wouldn't do the wet without a re tune

hmm, you could run an aux fuel system with high octane for the nitrous only... that would be the semisaef bet...

at what point is timing too much? is 26* too much? I read thats arround where stock timing is set at? ive also read on stock timing that pulling timing is not needed for a 100 shot. Also as another alternative... would a 75 shot work?

Im really shooting to have the system working and setup before i have it professionally tuned again

I have a buddy with hp tuners were going to look at it and see where its set at for sure before we try.

I wouldnt do it unless you are going to run some race gas, assuming your tune was done on pump gas. I know one of the vendors here sells a device that will pull the timing for you, some little controller you can setup on your n20 system

spraying threw the maf it won't pull timing unless you have it tuned to do so.
I would wait until you talk to your tuner

I run the nos kit at 26 timing with heads and cam with 42 inj and walbro fuel pump and hot wire kit and no prob for 3 years but thats like 5 bottles. If you run a dry kit and a cam you should do inj too. if you have a 99 or 2000 diff have to.

Stock my 99 I was able to do 100 shot w/ 28 ° we logged KR and saw none. Above 100 I needed to pull 3° up to about 175 shot. Colder plugs are recommended. If your buddy has HPT log KR and timing and spray, see were its at with say a 75 shot. If no KR up it to 100 and log again. If no KR you should be OK providing the AFR is under 12 on spray and your running colder plugs.
