Of course it will work... duh! But you might be out of gear on the top end.
I think I did some calculations awhile ago...and a 28" tire with a 4.10 gear brings the effective ratio down to a 3.89 or something...
On 26" tires with a 3.73 gear and 100 shot, I'm right at the rev limiter.

i'm talking about to take advantage of that big of a cam. That cam wants to rev you want a pt4400 type converter with a cam that big. If your going to run a 28" tire might want to step up to 4.30 with that cam
