Depends on the brand of solenoids..and how much pressure is in the bottle...underhood temps.....ect. I have seen a bottle left open for so long that all of the nitrous eventually left the system, without apparent damage to the solenoids. Your experience may vary!

I was wondering this too, so from what it sounds like so far, its probably ok to leave the bottle open for the day. ie: open the bottle in the morning, leave the house, go to the track, play all day, come home and turn it back off.)
