taken care of deleted by myself as Mike S and a few others will be doing inquires into different dealers for pricing on kits...will be taken care of after thats done..

You are the only one I have seen posting prices. You posted that you bought the system and what a great deal it was. That is hurting the littel guy isn't it?

Whoawhoa, I never ONCE posted the shop name or # so it wouldnt undermind any internet ls1 buisnesses. I found that shop selling under and theyve now also recieved a phone call from nx regarding thier prices.
Sure the low prices are a great deal. but if i wanted i could come on here and sell every NX product for 20% lower than anyone on the net no sweat. Why dont I? and try to make a ton of money doing it. Cause its wrong and its against NX dealer policies.

Re: ALL SHOPS, NX Pricing violations will hurt dealer status yeah nx is really strict on dealers undercutting the 'Mininum Advertised Price.' It helps the little dealers out. The big guys who buy in large volume can't lock in sales by posting prices below what the small stores can BUY the kit for..

" the agreement with nx is..
that prices can't be advertised (net, in print, etc.) lower than MAP and no low price comes on like GPs, but they can still sell them privately for whatever they want, quoting prices via email is not "advertising", a ton of places do this for many lines and theres nothing wrong with it"
