Racetronix hotwire kit will be here tomorrow. Hopefully that solves the problem? Ive been reading that the factory wiring is not up to par when using a bigger fuel pump like the walbro 255. I also read that the factory fuelpump wiring is only 18 gauge, Thats not going to flow enough current to support that pump.

Im having this exact same problem with my ls1 on 150 on a NOS wet kit, same walbro 255 lph pump, but i have a voltage booster harness hooked up, goes from 62-64 psi idle, 56-58 WOT motor, and drops to 50 psi on the 150 and the fpss cuts the system, ran it on the dyno with no fuel jet and still 13.6:1 A/F across the board.

i never had that problem with my lt1 even with a stock pump and plate kit....i then put in a hotwire kit and 255 pump still no problem runs just right (afr)...i think you might hava a fuel issue as well...id say change the fuel filter but check pressure for sure...you can even use a amperage tester and test before and after the fuel pump to see whats goin on....if ur pump is bad..and compare to ur new one

I got my hotwire kit installed and a new fuel filter. Just need to hit the dyno now. My voltage did seem to go up a little with the hotwire kit, so im hoping this solves my problem

I am guessing thats because the nitrous will flow to the engine faster than the fuel for a moment because the nitrous is at 1050# and the fuel might be at 58#. Difference in pressure?
