What nitrous i should get. Hi i have an a4 2000 camaro z28. I dont have alot of mods just headers, exhaust, ls6 intake, lid, 4.10 gears, maf, and throttle body. I am putting a mild patriot performance cam in too. I would like to put a 100 shot through my car just dont know any thing about dry or wet and would like some input.

there is a thead with a million pages on wet vs dry, you will learn more looking through that than anywhere else, oddly enough the title is something like "wet vs. dry"

Two questions:
1) Have you upgraded the fuel system on the car any?
2) What injectors are you currently running?
Answering those two will help determine what you capacity is for both wet or dry kits. Depending on the answers one kit may be better than the other based on current mods.

If you were not going to replace the injectors I would suggest a wet kit. Since you are replacing the injectors I would consider doing a dry kit, and get a set of SVO 30 lb injectors. You may also want to consider a Racetronix pump and hot wire kit in the future if you increase the mods or bump up the shot.

The first thing to do is to install a fuel pressure gauge. This will give you a way to determine the health of your fuel system at open throttle. The LSx series has excellent fuel delivery compared to the LTx's.
I realize you have headers and are considering a mild cam but you should know that your fuel supply in good condition is adequate for much more hp than the factory demand. 100 shot nitrous is still within the range of your pump and injectors. That is what a tuner relayed to me anyway. BTW, if you go with bigger injectors you must have the car tuned. As you can see, the cost isn't what most people think it will be.

We have put together a pretty nice package on the dry shots with the dry plates w/ Interface controller. It makes dialing in the a/f and installation simple tasks. It will also pull a few degrees of timing right out of the box and has the potential to pull as much timing as you would ever need in conjunction with tuning software.
