A direct port system will not have the puddling issues associated with plates or single nozzles. You will also get more even fuel distribution to each cylinder.

I know our plate doesnt have puddling issues, with 10 nitrous/fuel discharge points it creates a perfect atomization of the mixture. This keeps the fuel suspended in the air more then long enough not to puddle.

Going above 250 i would recommend a direct port. Due to inherent flaws in front mount intakes, a direct port will offer superior distribution. Adjustability and fine tuning are easier as well.

brute force plate system can flow over 500rwhp, not that i would ever recommend that. As i said before anything above 250 and i would suggest a direct port. No matter how well it atomizes, there are inherent flaws in the front mount intakes and they will not distribute perfectly to each cylinder. There for i would Never suggest spraying above that 250, it would be reckless for me to say, ya let her rip.

the plate conversion will generally get up to 200rwhp, what it was designed to do. like i said, not a lot of people flow more then two hundred through this cars, so of course we wanted to design a plate that would really shine between 100-175 where a majority of users spray.

fair enough so really no point if u only plan to stay under a 175 shot? it would be more cost effective to be in a plate system

yes thats right. Like i said before, most people stay below 200 and im sure a huge majority of the nitrous cars on this site are between 125 - 150. Thats why we built a sudden impact kit to work the most efficiently in that range. Actually my favorite kit is the dry direct port with the interface. You are virtually unlimited in shot size range with this kit. Plus you can't ask for better distribution and atomization.

The directport is a great investment for people looking to spray a great deal of nitrous and be able to individually tune each cylinder.

We have been using our plate for applications up to 300 HP with great results. HP levels this high is not for the average user. Understanding tuning and reading plugs is highly advised. The key lays in our design!
