Nitrous Noob Checking In

Well guys I just ordered the HSW LS6 Dry Plate kit and their All Out Nitrous Accessory Kit. This is my first experience with nitrous and I will be monitoring the A/f with an Innovate LC-1 wideband controller and injectors with HPtuners. If there is anything else I should know before I dive in PLEASE let me know!

Depending on how big of a shot you run, you may need to upgrade your injectors/fuel pump especially with the dry shot (injectors).

I am going to be running a 100 shot. I plan to get it on the dyno and start with a 50 shot, then 75, then 100 just to make sure the injectors aren't maxing out and the a/f is ok.

Does anyone know what my stock pump/injectors should be able to handle? I can do a log tomorrow but if anyone knows off the top of their head that would be great!

Now I am second guessing myself about the wet vs. dry argument. I will talk with Nick at HSW tomorrow and order the kit that is right for my application.

You are going to want injectors if you want to stick with the dry shot. Now if you wanted wet then you can get away with your stock injectors but I would upgrade your fuel pump to be on the safe side.

You know how well my kit works.
