I wouldn't think you would need injectors for the wet kit (Im not 100% sure), I have seen big shots ran on stock bottom end cars but they have VERY extravagant set-ups and one kick *** tune. I would not recommend that big of a shot being that stock of a motor. Depending on what you are racing you might not need that big of a shot. My car with full bolt ons, free mods, ET streets, and 125 shot (dry) netted me an 11 second pass. If you run him and can manage to keep traction the superb amount of torque you will build should seal his fate.

Only one way to find out...
I hope you're either an auto or if you're a 6 speed you have an upgraded clutch, no way the stocker will be able to handle a 200 hit.
Last year I ran a 200 shot on my cam only car. NGK BR7EF plugs, 100 octane, 255 lph Walbro. Handled it like a champ. Don't ask the guy at the auto parts store for a "TR7" plug...he won't know what the hell you're talking about .

Where you at? It will take a 200 with a pump since its not a h/c car you should have 600hp or so easy in the stock rails. The tune will be very important. Tr-7's at least. id get some 110 fuel to start put the 62 jet in (150 shot) get it tuned( no timming mark in the 1/4 and light fuel ring( 12.5 or so a/f) then and pull 4 more degrees of timming out for the 200 shot(72 jet) and work the a/f up to 13.0 or so watching the timming mark eahc run. 1/8 mile is safer till its clean. id think you will have out 9-11 degrees from a 28 base. and it will like 12.7-12.9 this is just form prior experiance not a guarantee.
If his cars an auto he will probably win. 6 speed cars on juice on the street are a handfull until you have some seat time.

I don't see why it wouldn't handle a 175-shot. I've seen stock-bottom cars with shots bigger than that run o.k. Just make sure when you add the spray, take it to a reputable tuner and get all the bugs worked out . That's the key to keeping everything in one-piece.
