What vehicle? What type of shocks are you running? I have a 3 - 5 drop and overloads out. The back is pretty soft. You would think that would help on weight transfer but just to soft. I am thinking on putting overloads back in to stiffen it up a little. And that is on hoosier 28x10 slicks. Put br7's on order today also.

Went by Jeff's the other day. he has two spring packs he said I could get the overloads out of. Just gotta take time to go get them now. I may go SCR with ya'll this weekend and make some motor passes if I get the springs in.

Since this thread has already been side tracked, what gear are you in when making a pass? If 3rd, try shifting to overdrive once the 1-2 shift has happened. That and overfill your trans by a half a quart. I'm serious and have seen it help more than once.

We were actually doing that when the tune wasnt correct. The tune has been corrected but the damage is already done to the clutches. Gotta pull it and put new 3-4 clutches. The overdrive trick did work though! Spot on!
