If anyone think these sponsors are in it to "help everyone out" you are retarded.... I guess the "hey we have that in stock" posts that follow the questions are just to "help you out" also.
I have no issue with the advertising and even the my stuff is better than your stuff posts. but the way sponsors call us all dumb by acting like there here to just help is annoying.....

Posting a spark plug reference is supposed to help these guys out, its not like we make money by selling spark plugs. Also, the other tech posts ive made were in fact to promote discussion on topics, ie the "what makes a plug colder" and the other bottle pressure tech thread. Guys ask for this **** and 90% dont read it or even comment. At least we take the time to draft this stuff up and post it, rather than telling everyone we'll make tech threads and leaving everyone empty handed. The occassional, new product thread is fine, but when there are six different ones going at the same time all introducing the same product on different car models, it gets a bit ridiculous and the clutter is damaging to the site.
You, wayne, JL and lot of other guys are invaluable to this site and we wouldnt even bother being on it if it wasnt for you keeping it honest and straight forward.

I also hope everyone realizes i dont spend my whole day trying make sales, ****, i cannot stand salesmen. I am on here nights and weekends answering questions that I KNOW are not going to result in any kind of sale. Sponsor or not id be doing the same thing. 9 times out of 10 im asnwering a quetion to someone who already has a competitors kit. If someone wants me to make up a non-sponsor screan name so HSW wouldnt benefit by me answering questions, i have no problem doing it. All though my 1000pm mailbox is nice to have seeing that i get 30+ a day that aren't going to generate a sale.

When i posted this, there was thread after thread saying, what plug do i need, whats the part number. So i figured it would be easier to post of our reference chart than keep answering questions. We didnt post it before because it usually ends up on someone elses website as their own.

This is excellent and very much appreciated!
On a Boosted Vehicle why do they suggest a non-projected tip?
I currently run NGK TR6 with .035 Gap at 14.4 PSI of Boost making 710 RWHP and 582 RWTQ on my '98 Vette - so I was thinking of going one step "COLDER" to the:
7 NGK 3346 BR7EF Non-Projected 2 steps colder w/ NON-projected tip
You'll notice I selected the non-projected tip - again why non-projected suggested?
Thanks,Matt

It will be some trouble in using BR7ES instead of the BR7EF, making some reading on the numbers of this 2, the diferences are only in the reach and the hex size measurement, here the numbers
BR7ES
14mm Thread, 19mm (3/4") Reach, 13/16" (20.6mm) Hex Size, Gasket Seat, Resistor, Removable Terminal, .032" (0.8mm) Gap, Heat Range 7
BR7EF
14mm Thread, 17.55mm (.691") Reach, 5/8" (16mm) Hex Size, Tapered Seat, Resistor, Solid Terminal, V-Power (V-Grooved Center Electrode), .027" (0.7mm) Gap, Heat Range 7
and yes they are also diferent on the gap, but since it could be redone.......
Im asking this because I have a hard time on finding the 7EF and they only got 7ES

Got a little question. On my dinosaur sbc heads i need .46 reach 5/8 and tapered seats. The shorter the better as my shorty's i got now barely clear the primarys. For my 100 shot i was going to use 1 step colder and i found that ar132 are one step colder and are shorty style. Here it says they're like 5 steps colder?! Just wondering cause i need plugs asap. OR...i could use ngk 2405. With a 6 heat range will they be too cold for a 75 or 100? They're cheap enough i'm going to buy some different plugs and see what works.
