I think that could be hit or miss. I have seen 200 sprayed on a completely stock C5, typically we recommend sticking to 100-150hp if you are worried about hurting anything. Alot of it is in the tuneup but still, there is only so much each motor will be able to handle in stock form.
Thanks,

I've personally taken a stock off the showroom WS.6 and sprayed 250 on it. This was back in 2001-2003 when I didn't have the knowledge i've got now. I literally had no window switch or any safety item when doing this. The car lasted around 6months of heavy abuse until it finally let go of 3 pistons. Also by heavy abuse I mean 3-4 bottles a week for those 6 months. The LS motors will take some abuse and if I had done everything correct then who knows how far it would have gone.

Went two seasons spraying around 400 on a stock short block. Just regapped the rings and put in arp rod bolts. I don't even know how many passes... A LOT. The key is keeping a crisp and clean tune-up to make the stock stuff live. There is no room for error with that amount of nitrous.
