Default Quick Nitrous Wiring Question

Does anybody see a problem wiring a Bottle Heater, Bottle Opener and a MicroEdge to the same arming switch?

Yeah, separate relays for all three. The reason I ask is this is my first N2O car and to me one switch would be very convenient and clean. I'm just not sure if that is a good idea though.

You need separate switches for arming your system and heating the bottle. The bottle heater is very slow. It may be necessary to heat the bottle when the engine is not running. It would be extremely unsafe to not have a separate arming switch. You are probably thinking of a single electrical power switch, which is certainly ok.

I'm talking flip one switch and the MicroEdge powers up, the bottle opens, and the heater turns on and regulates the pressure in the bottle.

This is not a good plan. The MicroEdge should be on whenever the ignition switch is on. You need to be able to configure the MicroEdge and use its display independent of the bottle. In my opinion it would be poor practice to not have separate switches for the heater and bottle opener.

Very good, that's how I'll do it! Thanks for the advice!

The bottle opener will require using a DPDT type switch. Sort of like the same switch you use to open and close your window. So that can't be attached to a on off rocker switch unless using a control device to open and close it. I would also keep the heater and arm switch separate so that you can use one while not using the other. Hopefully that helps?
