whats needed
ive had nitrous on my car for about a year now and the biggest shot i ran was a 125. my car is a 99 t/a (147000mi runs great) with rear suspension (stock shocks and springs) lid/filter,3.42 gears (3.73's soon have to rebuild that rear) and a halo dry kit from nitrous outlet. i will be putting on headers and exhaust, 3200 circle-d converter. my question is what do i need to run a bigger shot safely .

yea definitely Fuel pump and injectors since u are running dry kit, a timing retard device (ex. ls1 timing tuner, 2 degress per 50 hp of n2o is the recommended "safety"), your stock transmission would thank u for a window switch (device that activates n2o between certain rpms). and dont forget that the rod bolts in our cars are the weak leak.... they say they can only take around 500-550 hp. (i believe).

a 255lph pump should do ya.... i recommend Racetronix and their hot wire kit!! not expensive, but as always there are cheaper. with your few mods, I'd say some 30lb or maybe 36lb injectors will be fine. 42lb are more popular, but would be too much for you engine right now IMO. (altho def room to grow). remember injectors are rated at 43.5 psi fuel pressure. we run 60psi. so that will up the rating of the injectors.......
ie. 30lb = 35lbs, 36lb = 42lbs, 42lb = 49lbs
here is link to sticky to equations that can help you determine injector and pump size
