Use a properly rated burst disc, blow down tube, and a legal/tested bottle and you'll be fine. These items are designed so that you don't have to ask questions like these.

But I thought nitrous bottles dont blow up ? and how I re certifie a nitrous bottle ?

I thought a burst disc is in the nitrous bottle

Any sealed container for anything can blow up if the interior pressure reaches a point where the container can not hold it. This is the reason for burst disks. When direct heat is applied by a torch or similar heating method it weakens the bottle as well. Any shop that sells welding gas should be able to re-cert your bottle.

The burst disk is on the bottle valve.
