Kobwo,
You can set the start percentage and then final percentage. I guess the software interpolates the in between spraying of the juice. I have it installed on my palm.

The Bull
Tom, they came out with a newer one that's more controllable. Apparently some people abroad found it cool to create exact knock-off's of the one you have and sell them cheap. NX Completely changed theirs after that.

some questions i had in mind:
1) are these maximisers hard on the solenoids?
I would assume that if they would (for instance) let only 25% of nitrous in then the solenoid has to open and shut off quickly to keep the rest of the nitrous from flowing.
Would this be really bad on the solenoid since its being beat at so much? im kinda new to all of this so if anyone has a link for this kind of information it would be of great help to me.
The product description for NX maximisers doesnt really say much.
2) About the maximisers that are rpm activated (percentage depends on rpms) do those percentages have to remain the same on every gear?
Heres why:
Let say for instance we want to spray a 150 shot in percentages in 1st gear (to avoid major wheel spin) and then spray the 150 in the entire 3rd gear (when traction is no longer an issue). Could that be done with an NX maximiser? Is it going to spray in 3rd gear by the percentage programmed in 1st gear? or could it be done differently in each gear?

it does pulse the noids but NX has a lifetime guarantee on thier noids dont they? and the maximizer is an NX product so i would think it's ok.
as for the different gears, i think you can set different percentages for different gears.
Just FYI i dont have the maximizer, i just know what i read about it.

NX " DIGITAL MAXIMIZER"
in conjuction with an MSD window switch.
Now my T-N-T F1 wet kit was bought used, and to date I have over 500+ 1320 track passes, of which 87 were on the sauce, some as high as a 150 shot 489 hp/591 tq to as low as a 75 shot 378 hp/417 tq and absolutley no clue how many street passes, and as of yet I have had absolutley no problem with noid failure!
My set up is wired up so that the MSD does not allow noid activation till the rpm's hit 2500 rpm, (as set by the MSD low side window switch pill) @ this point the Maximizer takes over!
I have the Maximizer set up to spray 25% of the shot all the way to 100% over a .09 tenth of a second time frame.
Now @ 6000 rpm the MSD window switch high side pill (6000 rpm) then shuts off the noids and allows the A4 to shift @ 6150 rpm's, with the N2O off.
As soon as the shift is made the rpm's obviously fall below 6000 rpm where the window switch high side pill (6000 rpm) allows the Maximizer to pick right up where it left off @ the 100% setting of whichever shot I happened to be spraying.
The reason I start with the 25% start setting as opposed to say a 50% or 75% on the initial activation is due to the street tires I race on. (BFG R1 335/35/17's ) There is no way they can hold the initial tq hit required to keep the car rolling straight!

Very awesome reply. Thats exactly what i wanted to hear! thanks a lot orange krush...
You mentioned "I have over 500+ 1320 track passes" did you mean 500+ 13.20sec passes? Kinda lost me there..
Also can u adjust the percentages differently in each gear?
I drive a manual so i might need to lower percentages in the first few gears (traction purposes) and then raise pecentages in higher gears. can i do that?

Lol!
I see my age is showing again, sorry about that.
No 2002, the "1320" is how us old school drag racers refer to the quarter mile, because there are 1,320 feet in a quarter mile.
In total I have over 500 quarter mile (1320') passes on the car since March of 2000.
I have been as fast as 11.78 @ 123.5 on the 150 shot and the rest of my times are in the sig!
With the unit I have (and it is the older Maximizer) I have never tried to do what U are asking about, and am not sure If U can.
I will have to dig out the instruction book and have a look see, so I'll have to get back to U on that one.
The way I currently have mine set up, with the initial hit coming on @ 2500 rpm, traction issues are virtually non exsistent.
Also, because I already have traction by the time the second, and third gear gear change takes place, having the Maximizer pick back up @ 100% of the shot after each gear change works just fine for my application.
