Default Rings for street/strip 200 shot

I'm tearing down my motor just to check it out and I think I'm going to change the rings. Currently the motor consumes way too much oil and i think its due to the gapless rings. What rings should i run? Car will eventually see a 200 shot but won't be sprayed too often.
