Default Pics of my Pro-Flo XT intake & direct port

Just finished it up today. Nitrous Outlet kit. It's going in my truck on a stroked LS3 (415) with Patriot heads, "Big ***** Thumper" cam and a Callies rotating assembly.

I was wondering when someone would catch that! The extra bends allow you to tweak each line for a relaxed fit also.

Did you drill the holes for the jets? Or did you have someone else do it?

If you did it what are your measurements to do so?

Looks GREAT BTW!

Did everything myself. I just picked a spot high enough on the runner so the nozzle could be turned 360* while clearing the fuel rail plus it allows room for the coil and injector harness to lay down in there. I chose to not drill and tap for the nozzles (1/16" nozzles) but use bulkhead fittings. This way you can keep them straight and tight.

Thanks for the kind words! Actually it's the first one I have done but I do have a lot of years experience bending tubing.
Please feel free to use pics if you like.

No doubt, that's a great looking intake and a great looking direct port. Congrats dude, what are you looking to make with that setup?

Thanks. Looking for the motor to make close to 500rwhp. I don't plan on shooting more than 250 on the DP.

Looks cool. Why do you have so many noids? I always thought that it would be better to just have one feed with two noids controlling everything so you have more control over it. you never know when one noid isn't working as good as the others... I am going to build a DB for my pro flo in a few months... again looks good

Less tubing this way. With nitrous you have to assume everything is going to work and try to stay on top of it.

The nut is on the outside and I loctited them. Even if it was to loosen it can't let the bulkhead fall into the intake. The nozzle would hold it from going in and an airleak would be obvious also. The nut will not go over the nozzle nor will the nozzle go thru the hole in the intake. I think it's pretty foolproof.
