Will the Racetronix harness work with other pumps than the racetronix pump?

I would say yes...But it will not plug and play like it is designed too. Basically all you are doing and pulling full power off the alternator which in turn make the pump run a little faster. hope this helps

That sounds like a blast. I'm gonna be plumbing my kit on the camaro soon. I hope to get kicked out of the track for no cage N/A first though

Do you ever go to Kearney to the strip?

You will have to get the universal harness they make and that would work with any pump out there.

Never been to Kearney. I here its a crappy track (prep wise) I've only been to a track once and that was KCIR about 2 months ago. I hope to make it to KCIR again in a few weeks after i figure out how to get this thing to HOOK! Sprayed that 175 last week against a 525hp/540tq Cobra and i spun for the first 1/8 mile! on ET Streets! I'll post a video for you haha

LOL that's great! LMK when you go to KCIR, I'll be back in Kansas around the 15th of August and wanna make it up there.

What all have you done for your rear suspension? Is the hit all coming on at once, or is is progressive?

As for Kearney, I know there are a few local guys that go up there, and it's generally a fast track. On the prep, I can't tell you, cause i've never been.

SOM unite!

Sure i'll let you know, maybe we can line up 2 som's thats a rare site to see.

As for rear suspension i have: lca's/relocation brackets, adj. phb and BMR springs on all 4 corners. This thing hooked "ok" at KCIR on the 555R's with a 1.8 60'. On the street it will not hook at all. The car has no weight transfer, the rear shocks suck! The car is stiff as a board it seems. I'm thinking about some QA1's out back and possibly up front as well.

Haha yeah, we could get something worked out .

Still on a 10 bolt I assume? Sounds to me like drag shocks and a torque arm, and some sticky tires are in your future.

Be careful with that rear though, it's just a lil guy!

I sprayed a 200 shot on mine using the factory injectors with one of Dave's plates and a Racetronix pump for 3 years w.o. issue. I monitored my knock retard and found that I was able to run 22 degrees of timing with 0 degrees of knock with 5 gallons of 93.5 octane mixed with 5 gallons of 110 octane. No problems. The result with a set of stock heads and a 221@.050 cam, 3200 convertor, 3.42 gear, LT headers, airlid, yadda, yadda, yadda. The result -10.79@127 w/a 1.55-60 ft.

Nice! I'm wanting a bigger stall in the 4K range along with some 3.73's. I have specs for a custom cam 227/231 .614 .617 110+1 Just waiting for the "car fund" account to be a little deeper to purchase more goodies on my list, along with some heads.
