Check window settings first

You know how to test the noids themselves...

For the relays bypass the window, then wire them up so you just need to apply 12v to the trigger wire (bat, ground, acc, and trigger) and the noids should click.

Aah wiring issues. I had issues one time with my kit not spraying at test-n-tune. Later found the blade connector had come unhooked from the back of the WOT switch. So no activation signal. Never see that issue on FI cars

no thats what I am asking. how do I test the noids?

window settings are fine. I am getting the tps signal and the rpm signal is good b/c I have by shift light hooked up to the window switch wire and it works.

What are you asking then? Test the noids themselves by grounding one wire and powering the other...they should click.

Tap one wire of the solenoid to the + side of the battery and the other wire to a ground. Solenoid should click. Obviously if the solenoid is pressurized, use proper caution to prevent personal injury and or damage to your vehicle.

First things first you need to make sure the noids themselves are working outside the wiring of the kit. Do like stated above and if the noids click then i'd check the grounds and the relay.
