br7ef question
im running tr6 i put like.3pulls on the dyno with the 100 shot. when i pulled the plugs the grounds on some of them were white. i know this is an indication that it was going lean or leaning out. i was wondering if its ok to run the br7ef on just a 100 shot and then what i should gap them at. i do plan on uping the shot to a 125

Their gapped at .32 out of the box. Double check to make sure all the gaps are correct and then do a pull and check them.
The white on the ground strap is more an indication of heat, basically too much timing. Try to pull another 2 degrees or so with the new plugs and see how they look. You can always add it back.
Best of luck.

Here is a good basic read on plug reading http://cochise.uia.net/pkelley2/sparkplugreading.html
Also i'd run the 7's over the 6's anyday.

.028 is the correct gap out of the box for the br7ef.
Thats where I would run them at first.
The straps turning white on the dyno is scary. You want the plugs and tune to be conservative on the dyno. Most dynos wont put the load on the car that it will see at the track or street.
My reccomendation is get the 7's in it pull another 4-6 degrees. Make another pull and also double check your afr and make sure its safe.

It would have to of been a kit that was bought yr's ago cause we discontinued selling those plugs a long time ago.
Also the TR6's have been used for yr's without problems but there have been new and better plugs come to the LS market over the last few yr's that make teh tr6 look like a POS.

7's are non-projected plugs... Drove my car with 7's on the street all the time. They won't last as long as a 6, but you gotta pay to spray... If you only use nitrous on rare occasions at the track, you would be best off changing them out when not racing...
