Default Any pics of a NXL system installed?

Looking at maybe getting this system a few months down the road and wanted to see what it looked like installed on a f-body. Thanks.

Brian, that looks just like some of my pics right down to the d/c coilpack and all. Not a lot of room for "character building" with this kit, but it looks good and flows.

I honestly haven't used it all that much The fit is very nice, it looks very clean and simple (for a direct port style system). Heck I still have probably 12 lbs. in my 15 lb. bottle.. I'm probably going back to my trusty 10 lb. bottle though, it's a PITA to keep pressure up in this thing. As for the kit itself, once past the initial hiccup it pulls great! I need to get a fuel pump in this car, that's for sure

The NXL kit still needs alot of work by NX before I'd ever recommend it to anyone. If you think looks are more important than horsepower then contact Dave at Nitrous Outlet http://www.nitrodaves.com/outlet/

I dont think that is a fair statement Gold Z. I had all kinds of problems with NX when I got my kit but there are a lot of us that make the hp that NX claims. It seems like you are the exception not the rule and I have a feeling you either got some bad parts which can happen in a production process or there is something other than the NXL system that is causing the problem.

The only complaint I have is the accumulator that they are releasing. I think if you bought their first kits they should give it to you for free. But I have my FPR located in the engine bay so I dont get any hesitation that I can notice.

If you are making the horsepower...post your dyno results in the other NXL thread. It's not a hesitation that could damage your engine but the major lean condition which occurs when you first engage the system. I certainly agree that having to pay for a product fix sucks big time. Your car certainly sounds like it would be a lot of fun.

I'm using a TCS 4200 with a 3.0 str right now. My car is very heavy. It has no weight removed except for the front sway bar, has an iron block, and a six point cage but still manages to pull 1.5 60' times. It's really too much convertor for my nitrous setup although it works great when I'm not using the nitrous. I will probably try a 3800 to 4000 stall with a smaller str in the future.
