Not enough info.

How was the tune both timing and A/F ratio. What rpm did you drop to when you hit 4th? Gonna take a good deal of info for anyone to know what possibly happened. You have pics?

5 degrees out, hit it at 3200 on a WOT switch, the whole back of the ls6 intake is gone and major cracking all around the intake, no damage to the block, will post pics tomorrow

classic^^^^...does anyone read about plugs before they spray?? it seem half the carnage on nitrous motors could be avoided. Sorry to here about the damage.

Shouldn't he be using a 7 or 8 range plug for a 150 shot?

Looking further then the broken intake would be beneficial...
Detonation breaks rings, etc...

motor is comletely apart and nothing noticable, the internals look great. is it possible that i lost the pump and it leaned out?

Yes it is possible to lose the fuel pump and go lean, but you'd have more then a intake problem. Piston(s) would be fucked with no fuel and all that heat inside the cylinder

You said internals are ok.
Did you melt any ground straps on your plugs?

That's what happens when you don't use a window switch... you drug the motor down too far on the shift. A WOT switch alone is not enough on a 6 speed...
