Default Nitrous wont fire?

ok, so i have a harris speedworks brute force wet setup. im using the BMN window switch, or not using it as it were. anyhow, i went through the system and moved all my grounds to the chassis. all of my fuses were good. power everywhere there should be power. tach signal is good to the window switch. continuity through the WOT switch is good and flowing 12v.
the window switch shows red LED when the key is on:check. yellow LED lights when brake is tapped: check. when arming switch is on, Wot switch is hit, and over 3k rpm:no green led on. doesnt fire.
what are the chances the problem is the window switch itself? if it is, how else can isolate any other existing problem? any other ideas? im thinking if the window switch is bad, im gonna get a progressive controller. i kinda want it to work so i dont have to spend any cash.

EDIT: Maybe a sponsor wants to chime in. for help and/or offer me a good price on a progressive controller.....

Bypass the window switch and that'll give you a good indication of what's going on. Are you running a fpss? Relay working?

No fpss. i guess i didnt check the relay itself. i will try to check that today. im thinking of going with your micro progressive though if the window switch craps out on me....

EDIT: im guessing i could just replace the relay as they are cheap to see if thats the problem first. then bypass the window switch.
