Stand alone? need to know now,lol
Can someone tell me for a for sure fact if a stand alone fuel cell that is being sold as a battery relocated cell fit on the driver side. On a lt1 camaro car, is there enough room to place on the driver side instead of the passenger side. To maintain the battery in the front end and put the fuel cell on the driver side. Need to know for a fact if this can be done or not?

I thought the exact same thing as you Larry. But for a fact IDK. I think either N.o or H.S.W will have to chime in on this one.
I know the hsw one will fit in the corner with the fuse boxes, I've seen that done. The battery one, is I think too big to fit over there unless you relocate all the fuse boxes and whatnot down inside the bumper cover/inside the wheel well in front of the fender liner. Don't quote me on that but I'm 99% sure of it. Last guy I know that tried a battery box standalone on that side was messing with it, and did manage to get it there. With the LT1 air intake duct on that side, I have doubts about it fitting, if you did an ls type airbox, then yes probably can be done. It will hang on the frame rail a little, but it will fit.
Hope this helps. Fwiw, I'd just put the battery in the trunk and mount it where the battery usually is, save yourself the headache, and put some weight in the trunk, helps the car transfer weight better.

I have an LT1 Formula with a an LS1 style intake. I mounted Dave's Nitrous Outlet stand alone on the driver's side. But the stock location LT1 air intake HAS to be gone for any tank to mount in that area.

Looks like that could be mounted towards the fender even more, and I wonder if you could play with it enough to get a custom intake tube/filter in between the radiator and cell.
