Why you need the Nitrous Express Lightning 45 Bottle Valve

The NX Lightning 45 bottle valve flows great, weighs less and looks sexy.
The key to maximizing nitrous horsepower is to keep the nitrous in liquid form until it is injected into the engine. Sharp bends cause nitrous flow to become turbulent which causes gaseous bubbles to form in the nitrous flow. Expansion areas also cause the nitrous to go gaseous. Liquid nitrous makes more power than gaseous nitrous – Period!
The NX Lightning 45 bottle valve is CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black. The Lightning 45 valve features a built in gauge port and a high flow push port. The Lightning 45 valve weighs ½ pound less than our old style chrome plated brass valve. The Lightning 45 Valve features a direct flow path, 45 degree outlet and a consistent inner diameter which eliminates those power robbing gaseous bubbles. The result is more horsepower!

The Lightning 45 comes standard in many NX nitrous systems and is also available separately as an upgrade for your existing bottle.

The left is the Lightning valve.

DF-5's are definitely a very cool piece. But not many really need its flow capability.

11501-10 Is the DF-5 valve for a 10# bottle sir. 11501-15 for a 15#.

Thats a great time on you SI/m6 car. If your looking at spraying it let me know. I have been wanting someone to work with on a car similar to yours. Would be pretty clean to have a sub 10.50 car at 130+ without a cam or heads.

Sorry - I meant for the DF-5 valve is 11709 the correct part for the -8 blowdown adapter?

Thanks for the compliment on my times... Currently my intake is on its way back from Steve Johnson.

Unfortunately my current setup is no longer a SI/M6 set up, If youre looking for someone - there are a couple people who should be around or better the same times I had. NSSANE02 would be a really great choice.
