the gauge i am not to sure about...my friend is giving it to me and i believe right now it is hooked up directly to his bottle so i'm guessing i would have to go the route of running another line to mount the gauge inside to the switch panel i am making.

if i purchase this bottle heater would i need another adapter for the fpss or would the dual one that comes with this work?

If you are saying you did not use it with the heater and want to know if you can use it at the fuel rail instead, yes you can.

being that the traction control switch seems like it need a relay would i still need to add one to the fpss?

The fpss will break the ground to pin 86 on the relay.
