Default Dart heads

Hey does any body know where I can send my Dart Pro1 225s bare head to get them cnc? And what kind of valves should I upgrade for nitrous, or would the 2.05/1.60 work good? They will be going on a 6.0 and replace the stock 317's

Thanks,

JJ

I will do the valve job at least then, unless the guy you told me contacts me so I can send them over for the CNC.

The setup its a 02 6.0 lq9 with an ms3 cam, Victor Jr, Arons elbow with a 90mm NW TB, FLT 80E, Vig. 3600 stall, 4.10s rear. The kit its a nitrous outlet dual bottle, with a Zex perimeter plate, will be doing a 150 shot and later a 200 when I learn to read the plugs. Will get a custom cam later on as well.

You will get a solid gain either way. 20-25rwhp box stock as a guess.

I would at the least make sure you have a conversation with him. Worth the time. No need to rush a motor build.

The Dart's can flow very well with some hand porting or CNC, got a couple people that run them with great success.. One that is a 429 in it with Dart 205 (there small but its what he had) that tricky ricky i believe did and it makes killer power, and runs mean! Alot of people dont like them but they are great heads for the money! I use to have a pair and never finished that build and sold them and went bigger motor and got some PI LXR 11* 235's
I have heard of atleast one company that has CNC'd them, but i cant remember the name

I'll see what I can do with them. I just got my TQ restalled, just waiting for the transbrake its just getting an update, I'll start testing the truck to see what I can get out of it with the 317's then swap this heads and see what gains it gives me.

Thanks guys.

Yeah you don't see a lot of trucks using it. But it does work.
