100% Stock internal 6 speed is what I'm shooting for. I doubt I will accomplish it but that's my goal. Anyone know the record for this? I think it was broken recently.

is everyone using a controller when spraying one shot or just dumping it out of the hole? I plan on putting a 200-250 wet shot no controller to my LS2 this season.......risky?

I'm not going to be running a progressive.

I'm going to use launch retard and then bring it back in vs. RPM down track. Going to try to have all the timing pulled from the launch retard added back in before the 330'.

Ours takes it all at the hit, we have a progressor but don't need it on the 28x10.5s

i ran a 200 through a nozzle on my stock ls1 blew the intake.ls1 still running strong after replacing the intake and lowering the shot.

There is a fox body around with a stock LS1 and a 250 shot he runs 9s is all I know.

9.15 on stock bottom end......is the motor still running or has it since grenaded?

i know somebody who ran low 10s on a stock bottom end ls1 spraying a 425 shot on 2 kits, he ran it for 5 years lol and all it did was push the head gasket

I went 11.19s on stock bottom end, stock cam, stock heads, stock ls1 intake, stock rear end with 3.23s.. Only weight reduction was back seats removed and skinnys up front on 275/50/15 et street radials.. 133k miles and heads never been off the car. This was on a 125 dry shot through my slp lid.

I was under the impression that the most you want to spray through a stock short block (stock mains and rod bolts too!) is a 150 shot. What needs to be done to spray higher then 150? stand alone fuel system and progressive switch? would you have to spray say a 100 shot out the whole and gradually progress to lets say a 200 or 250 shot.

Anything over 150 and you'll need to upgrade your fuel pump for sure. I've sprayed 150 for many years and i've always sprayed it right off the line, no window switch or progressive controller but i'm also a stalled auto. If i were a 6spd car, i'd definitely have a window switch.

yea i just talk to my tuner today. he said 175 would be ok, but im gonna go with 150 to be safe. my cars a stalled auto too, but i hooked up the window switch for safety. also planning on getting a fuel safety switch. did your motor ever blow from running the juice?

I ran mid 10's with my old 1997 C5 A4 vette with an all original 120,000 + mile motor for 2 years straight. My mods are CF from 5 years ago (123sugey).
I started with a 125 wet shot and a 100 shot dry completely stock motor including injectors. Upgraded the nitrous system to a money maker 150 shot + the 100 dry shot and burnt a valve after the two years running the 225 shot.
