Okay another plug run. This was a brand new with about 300 yards on it before the Nitrous hit. Over an 1/8 mile.

Sorry I said I was pulling 8 earlier but I'm actually pulling 9. So pull 10?

Hard to tell but it looks a little lean.

If it was mine I'd add a little fuel and make a pass, see how it likes that.
Then try another degree of timing.... it hasnt even burned the cadium all the way off the tip yet. I wouldnt even call that 1* on the strap.

They look ALOT like our last pass at the ORTC race timing wise.... very safe.

I cut it apart and don't see any ring around the porcelain. The base ring is pretty clean well. No suet.

When you guys are saying, add more fuel, does that mean changing the fuel jet?

This is the log from the run. I tried to scale the A/F so you could see the chart limits on the right. It bottomed out below 10 when I shut the engine off.

Also I just realize my bottle pressure was about 850.

14.0 A/F .... its a little lean.

Try getting it to run around 12.5 -12.8 , you will also be able to put some timing in it once you get some fuel in there.

RPM graph looks good but it will pull alot harder with some fuel and timing in it.

That 14 was for the split second when I went WOT. What do you about the A/F across the run and after the shift?

Weird ... I see the TPS go down .. did you lift and get back in it? 6 speed? LOL!

Is your motor tune up rich at higher rpm?

Yes shift from 3rd to 4th.

Motor tune is 12.8-13.0 at WOT in the higher RPMs.

It was just below 850 at the start of the run. I looked at the gauge and saw it close to the middle of the yellow instead of the green. No idea why I thought that was fine... So I'm sure the pressure dropped off. I had the heater on but it was in an unheated garage all night in the 40s so it was nice and frosty... didn't have time to heat her up well.

when figuring out a tune you need the bottle at say 1000 and purge it to 950 every time.also dont trust the little guages. ours range from 100-300 off.
