Default Zex plate?

Has any one used the zex perimeter plate on their setup? I want to use this on my sbc build but i dont see alot of guys using them any info?

We have used them before on customer's setup's cause we dont offer our own carb plate. Everyone that has used it so far has been happy with the results.

I used it on my 408 - 250 pills got the times in my sig... I had TNT solenoids and retrofitted the ZEX plate - on a Vic Jr with elbow and 90mm TB...

does this plate flow any better than a nos plate with a spray bar ? are the solnoids in the kit good ? or should i just buy the plate and use other solnoids

I would say yes from what I've heard about the NOS plate... How much you lookin to spray? One stage only?

one stage 200 want it to come on out of the hole as in the sand we only race 300'

I use that plate. I used to run it with HSW solenoids, but this go around I'm going to use the ones that came with the kit.

thanks for the reply.... i think i am going to go with this plate kit seems ok what size fuel line should i run? -6 or -8 and will a holley blue keep up with this system .. (stand alone) i have two blue pumps and regs. would like to use em

I used -6 and even at their psi and jetting it was pig rich so I think it's plenty enough fuel for what you need. Just start off small and dial everything in first.
